Mr. Zoran Begovic - Deputy Minister of Emergency Services - Montenegro
Mr. Begovic, Deputy Minister of Emergency Services in Montenegro, has decided to personally promote 112 via his car plate.

Joan M. Hansen - Citizen
In 2008, while Danish teenagers Joan and Laura were cooking, an explosion seriously burnt Laura. Joan reacted very quickly, following safety tips she had been taught. Meanwhile, a teacher rushed at the scene of incident and dialled 112. This enabled the first-responders to intervene in a short time and carry Laura to the best suited specialised hospital. Her doctors said she had been able to make a full recovery without any permanent injuries because her friend Joan was able to react quickly and appropriately.
Krystian Drozdek - Citizen
In 2007, Polish three-year-old Krystian Drozdek dialled 112 because his mother was not feeling well and was, in fact, about to fall into coma. Thanks to this emergency call, his mother was saved.
